O BAFTA de Melhor Filme Britânico (no original, em inglês: BAFTA Award for Outstanding British Film) é um dos prêmios atribuídos ao melhor filme britânico do ano. O prêmio era, anteriormente, nomeado de Alexander Korda Award for Best Film, em homenagem ao produtor cinematográfico britânico Alexander Korda.
Para estar elegível nesta categoria, o filme deve "ter envolvimento criativo significativo dos indivíduos britânicos", incluindo os que são residentes permanentes do Reino Unido por dez anos ou mais. Os candidatos incluem o diretor, roteirista e cerca de três produtores; se nenhum dos componentes forem britânicos, o filme será elegível em circunstâncias excepcionais.[1]
