Antecedentes

A canção foi produzida pelo próprio Dre e apresenta co-produção de Bud'da. As letras foram escritas pelo antigo colega de gravadora, J-Flexx. Após a saída de Dre da Death Row Records, J-Flexx lançou uma diss na coletânea Death Row Greatest Hits chamada "Who Been There, Who Done That". A canção foi referenciada no final de "Guilty Conscience", de Eminem, que foi uma colaboração com Dre. O verso exato é "been there, done that...ah fuck it, what am I saying? Shoot 'em both Grady, where's your gun at?"
