De minimis

De minimis é uma expressão em latim, que significa o mínimo.[3]

Não fere os direitos autorais em relação aos produtores das imagens que estavam nos televisores (atrás dos bancos de cada passageiro), uma vez que elas são de minimis. [1][2]

É aplicada tanto na política,[4] quando na criminalística,[5][6] quanto também em direitos autorais.[7][8][9]
