Keith Sweat é o quinto álbum de estúdio do cantor americano de R&B contemporâneo Keith Sweat. O álbum foi lançado em 25 de Junho de 1996. O single "Twisted" chegou ao número 2 na Billboard Hot 100, se tornando seu maior hit naquela parada. "Nobody" chegou ao número 3 na mesma parada. Ambas as canções são os últimos de 6 hits a alcançarem a primeira posição nas paradas de R&B e deram a Sweat mais dois hits entre as cinco melhores em oito anos desde seu single de estreia, "I Want Her".

O álbum continua sendo o mais bem sucedido da carreira de Sweat; chegou a Billboard 200, estreando na quinta posição; e foi o último de cinco álbuns consecutivos do artista a alcançar o topo da parada Top R&B Albums. O álbum tem ocasionalmente re-entrado para a Billboard 200, com a mais recente aparição ocorrendo na semana de 19 de Fevereiro de 2011.[8]
