Lífþrasir
Lífþrasir (significando «o que segura a vida»), por vezes anglicizado para Lifthrasir, é o homem previsto para sobreviver ao Ragnarǫk. Juntamente com Líf, ele será o responsável pelo repovoamento humano de Miðgarðr.
