Oberstleutnant é uma patente militar da Alemanha equivalente a Tenente-coronel, está após a patente de Major, e antes da patente de Oberst. Durante a Segunda Guerra Mundial, a SS teve a patente de Obersturmbannführer como sendo uma patente equivalente.
