     The campaign is a revival of an inherited custom that the citizens of city and state have practised from yore, in particular groups of elderly people; it is the clipping of the Prosopis tree in the winter period using a haṣṣīn, that is the instrument used for logging trees, because the Prosopis tree is of great importance for the cultural and agricultural heritage of the state.
