From the root ن ف ذ‎ (n-f-ḏ).

نَفَذَ • (nafaḏa) I, non-past يَنْفُذُ‎‎ (yanfuḏu)

1. to pierce, to penetrate
2. to pass through

     ‏يَا مَعْشَرَ ٱلْجِنِّ وَٱلْإِنْسِ إِنِ ٱسْتَطَعْتُمْ أَنْ تَنْفُذُوا مِنْ أَقْطَارِ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ فَٱنْفُذُوا ۚ لَا تَنْفُذُونَ إِلَّا بِسُلْطَانٍ‎

     yā maʿšara l-jinni wal-ʾinsi ʾini staṭaʿtum ʾan tanfuḏū min ʾaqṭāri s-samāwāti wal-ʾarḍi fa-nfuḏū lā tanfuḏūna ʾillā bi-sulṭānin
