      At the end of the yuga, Lord Āditya wants to burn the humanity.
    • c. 1100, Śrīharṣa, Naiṣadha Carita 17.21.2:
      दुर्वासोहृदयं लोकान्सेन्द्रानपि दिधक्षति
      durvāsohṛdayaṃ lokānsendrānapi didhakṣati .
      Durvasa's heart wants to burn those people too who are together with Indra.
