- a term used mainly in Slovakia usually to refer to young men and sometimes women (stokárka) of lower social classes (generally working class) that usually live in Slovak housing estates (sídlisko); thug. This applies especially to ones associated with aggression, poor education, hip hop, a perceived "common" taste in clothing, lifestyle and such. This term can sometimes be derogatory or offensive
