Using BTCPayServer to receive LTC payment on a website. Used Exodus wallet's extended public key to set up the wallet on BTCPayServer. Received an LTC payment but payment got confirmed on blockchain after the expiry of BTCPayServer invoice. Could not find the paid amount in BTCPayServer or Exodus wallet even after rescan and extending gap limit. Exodus uses m/44'/2'/0'/0/0 derivation path for it legacy(non-segwit) address whereas BTCPayServer generated a list of segwit addresses from the same extended public key when setting up wallet. Unsure which derivation scheme BTCPayServer used to generate these addresses.

Now the problem is that funds are on one of the segwit address generated by the BTCPayServer but unable to find the trace of it anywhere. Tried wallet seed for setting up on BTCPayServer and used Electrum with BIP 39 but no luck.

I have the Exodus seed and public key. Is there anyway to recover the funds?
