10 months ago, I had some crypto sent to my blockchain.com wallet address. Shortly after I received my crypto, I tried to send it out to my other crypto wallet, which I had through an exchange that was not affiliated with blockchain.com. Well after about an hour or 2 I noticed that my crypto had not arrived at my exchange wallet yet. When I looked at my transaction history on blockchaon.com I saw the words "in review". I have started multiple chat sessions with them which have done nothing except cause me more frustration. So, the only thing I ever got an email about was when they were asking for my feedback, OR when they were "reassuring me" that my issue was being looked at, and that they appreciated my patience. They would also tell me not to worry, and then promise me that my issue would be resolved very soon. When their support team finally sent me an email, they were asking me to provide them with proof of income/wealth. I don't even know what that is. But supposedly they had sent me that same email a year prior which I never saw back then, and it had threatened to freeze my account. Yet a year later they were still allowing me to receive and send out crypto. Until this one transaction. So, I did send them the docs they asked for but I'm not very tech savvy, so I'm hoping I didn't make a mistake somewhere. If I sent them the wrong docs, they certainly haven't said anything to me about it. Now I am retired, I don't have an occupation anymore. How was/am I supposed to prove anything about my wealth and income? 10 months and they are still stringing me along with no answers. what can I do to get my crypto back NOW!!! Is this a normal thing they do to people? or is it just me?

I'm sorry about your situation. But there might be a solution. Have you looked at your transaction on the [chain](https://www.blockchain.com/explorer) to see if it's visible or not? If it's on the chain but not confirmed, it might be due to a too-low fee. You should check [this](https://bitcoin.stackexchange.com/questions/53852/how-to-unstuck-a-low-fee-transaction-with-blockchain-info) out for a solution. – Romo Aug 18 '23 at 11:14

However, if the transaction isn't visible on the chain and your funds are still in your blockchain.com wallet address, If you still have a mnemonic phrase or a private key for that wallet. you can try importing your mnemonic phrase into another trustworthy wallet and then send the transaction again on your own. – Romo Aug 18 '23 at 11:16
