My father just asked me: What happens if the bitcoin people decide to shut down the website, what happens to my bitcoins? I didn't know.

If I've lost my wallet, but know my bitcoin receiving address, can I get my bitcoins back?
Although I do have a backed up wallet file, I seem to also have a second bitcoin receiving address, which doesn't seem to correspond to it. Is there a way to recover any coins associated with that receiving address, or are the coins lost forever?

Lost bitcoin on paper wallet
so i got a 0.8 btc on my paper wallet..and usually i checked the balance on daily basis on blockchain.info.
And weird thing happened yesterday,my paper wallet sent my btc with total amount of 0.2btc to unknown address..

Invest 100USD in BTC and BTC went down by more than 100USD. How much I lose? Can I hold? how long?
If I invest 100usd in BTC and let's say BTC went down next down by 200. What will happen? Would I only lose my 100 usd? OR, I also owe another 100usd?
