O vídeo traz o registro do último show do vocalista Bruce Dickinson em sua primeira passagem pela banda, realizado no dia 28 de Agosto de 1993 no Pinewood Studios em Londres, Inglaterra, e televisionado ao vivo através de pay-per-view para a América. Dickinson retornaria ao grupo em 1999, junto ao guitarrista Adrian Smith (substituído em 1989 por Janick Gers, que segue no grupo até hoje ao lado de Smith e do também guitarrista Dave Murray).
