Survivor Series (2003) foi o décimo-sétimo evento anual do Survivor Series, promovido pela WWE e transmitido por pay-per-view. Aconteceu dia 16 de Novembro de 2003 no American Airlines Center em Dallas, Texas e reuniu wrestlers da RAW e SmackDown brands.[2]
